PURPOSE

The purpose of these terms is the PARTICIPANT's participation in the business mission organized by the CHAMBER in Salto del Guairá, Department of Canindeyú, Republic of Paraguay, from November 19 to 22, 2026.

The mission comprises a technical and institutional program, with a talk on the Paraguayan business environment, technical visits, meetings with local authorities and partners, and networking activities among participants.

In this edition, called Asian Beauty, the program of the third day is split: the PARTICIPANT chooses between the business itinerary, with the continuation of the talk, final instructions and closing, and the Asian Beauty module, led by Dr. Mayumi Nozaki, with guided visits to retail stores of skincare products in Salto del Guairá. For module participants, the second day's talk may be presented in a summarized format.

The detailed program is announced in advance and may be subject to operational adjustments, provided that the essential content and the duration of the mission are preserved.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The participation fee, under the couple registration option, is R$ 3,000.00 (three thousand Brazilian reais) for both registrations, paid in full. The provisions of these terms apply to each of the PARTICIPANTS.

Payment is made through the billing platform indicated on the terms page itself, right after acceptance, by Pix, credit card or Brazilian bank slip (boleto). No invoice is issued through any other channel. The receipt and management of amounts in Brazil are handled, under the supervision of the CONTRACTOR, by OMNI HOLD LTDA., a Brazilian limited liability company registered under CNPJ no. 35.837.013/0001-02, located at Rua 4, nº 515, Andar 9, Edifício Parthenon Center, Setor Central, Goiânia/GO, CEP 74.025-020, Brazil.

The spot is confirmed only after the payment clears. Until payment is confirmed, these terms have no effect and no obligation subsists between the parties.

WHAT IS AND IS NOT INCLUDED

The guidance provided in the Asian Beauty module is general and informational in nature regarding skincare products and does not constitute a consultation, diagnosis, prescription or individualized treatment.

Purchases are made directly by the PARTICIPANT from the stores visited, which are solely responsible for the products sold, including their origin, quality, expiration, warranty and exchange. The CONTRACTOR, the CHAMBER and the module leader do not intermediate purchases, do not receive payments and are not liable for the products purchased.

The PARTICIPANT is responsible for observing the duty-free allowance limits, the declaration of goods and the other customs and health regulations applicable to bringing the products into Brazil.
